Texas Yoga Center teaches traditional Hatha Yoga. Our friendly, laid-back approach adapts easily to the different needs of children, novice/first time yoga students, the experienced yogini, to the crusty old golfer with back problems.
We "Begin Again" each class with a fresh look at where we are in the present moment, then work within our range of motion. Ultimately we develope strength and flexibility throughout the body, mind, and spirit. We learn to relax and "let go" of aches and pains and develop and renewed outlook on life.
