I'm teaching at YogaOneHouston.com in downtown Houston.

From easy to hard – from being on my feet to being on my head – and everything in between – yoga has been a joyful, wonderful amazing experience for me since I started practicing almost 15 years ago. I try to pass along the techniques of practice that facilitate a profound experience of the body, breath, and mind. I teach traditional hatha yoga with attention paid to alignment. Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone. You don't need to be flexible or be able to quiet the mind. You simply need the desire to show up and do your best.
