Ann teaches Forrest Yoga, a powerful Philosophy and approach to yoga created by Ana Forrest. Forrest yoga, 30 years in development introduces a yoga specifically to address Our People's stresses and challenges. `Forrest Yoga uses intense pose sequences, compassionately taught, to develop skills in awakening each of the senses. It teaches you to bring aliveness, using breath, into every cell of your body, igniting your passion for living. It is an inspiring yoga practice that builds flexibility, intelligence and strenght while helping you deepen the relationship with your authentic self.
Experience the essential elements of Forrest Yoga: Breath, strength, integrity, and spirit. My classes include pramayama, neck release poses, abdominal work to increase circulation, vinyasa flows, inversions, back bends and more. Each class is designed and sequenced with a specific focus as we explore our fascinating internal universe.
