| Yoga for Living is an intimate neighborhood studio. Small classes allow the instructor to provide individual assistance.
The owner and teacher, Annette Raj, has practiced yoga since 1996 and taught yoga since 1998. Since 2000 she has devoted her practice, study, and teaching to the Iyengar method. Her training includes practice in India.
She is committed to daily asana and pranayama practice. Annette teaches all ages, including kindergartners at a local elementary school and seniors.
