Class Schedule

Time:6:30-8:30pm
Location:5208 Willow, Bellaire TX
Description: This class is for students of all levels in good physical condition.  The studio is a beautiful space specifically constructed for Iyengar classes.  It is above the garage so stair climbing is involved. If you can climb the stairs, you can do the class!  If you can run the stairs, rest assured, I will challenge you! The small class size ensures individual attention and encouragement to work at your level of training and ability. The group is congenial and mixes hard work with good humor.
