Practicing yoga and meditation make my life work, physically, mentally and spiritually. To be able to pass that on to others by teaching yoga is a blessing. And yoga is fun, even if you just want to stretch your muscles and regain lost mobility. To borrow college terminology, I "majored" in Anusara Yoga, but "minored" in Ashtanga and Viniyoga. At 53, I'm more flexible, happy and centered than I was before yoga.
