I'm a graduate of Robert Boustany 's 2005 yoga teacher training. Before coming to Robert's studio I studied Ashtanga and Jivakmuti yoga techniques. Since coming to Robert's studio I have learned from Forrest and Iyengar yoga techniques. I grew up being exposed to Vipassana Meditation. Its focus on the importance of breath has worked synergistically with what I've learned in the yoga community. I consider my style to be a stew of all these physical forms, philosophies.

Class Schedule
I am now only at Timberline Fitness timberlinefitness.com. I teach there Mondays at 6:30pm, Tuesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 6:05pm.
