Laura Webster is the Owner and Director of Omni Yoga Center . Laura has been a Certified Iyengar Instructor since 1994. She experienced many different forms of yoga before deciding on the Iyengar method in 1989. Laura found that the precision and alignment principles of the Iyengar method helped her with various injuries acquired from other experiences. Laura began teaching Hatha yoga in 1984 and changed to the Iyengar method in 1990. She has taught people of all ages, physical conditions, and body types including professional golfers and other athletes in the Kingwood/Humble area. She also has taught corporate classes. She has trained and continues to train with some of the top teachers in the Iyengar system, including Geeta Iyengar, and BKS Iyengar at the Light on Life convention in Colorado .
